    Q43 series alligator shears are suitable for cold shearing of metal profiles and metal structural parts of various cross-sectional shapes, and are processed into qualified charge. It is suitable for the steel industry, non-ferrous metal industry, waste processing and distribution centers (bases), renewable resource processing enterprises, and scrap car dismantling enterprises.

Features of the scrap metal shear
1. The shearing machine adopts hydraulic drive, which is easy to operate and easy to maintain.
2. Working blade length: 400mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, the shearing force ranges from 63 tons to 400 tons in 8 grades. The shearing machine with a knife edge of more than 700mm is especially suitable for cutting scrapped cars.
3. No foot screws are required for installation, and the diesel engine can be used as power in places without power supply.
4. The equipment adopts hydraulic transmission. Compared with the mechanical transmission shearing machine, it has the advantages of small size, light weight, low inertia, low noise, stable action, convenient operation, flexibility, large shearing section, and convenient adjustment of the scissors. Safe to use and easy to implement overload protection.
